PROJECT ENGINEER

We are seeking qualified college students to assist the project manager, accounting and superintending staff with daily duties including but not limited to: Managing project document flow, assisting PM with negotiating and documenting subcontractors, taking progress photos of job sites and attending and recording minutes for owner meetings and subcontractor meetings.

PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking qualified project managers to oversee all aspects of construction for our multiple Chicago and surrounding suburbs residential and commercial projects. The project manager will be in charge of supervising and managing the projects along with but not limited to: scheduling, purchasing, participating in estimating and pre-construction actinide and identifying, correcting and/or avoiding potential schedule. budget or quality issues. The project manager would also be in charge of leading owner meetings to discuss progress, and goals to reach successful completion.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

We are seeking a qualified Project Superintendent to supervise the onsite day to day operations of the project and coordinate with subcontractors as to the logistical aspects of delivery. Duties will include working alongside of the owner, architects and engineer to facilitate design and construction processes; maintain punch lists, schedules, email updates and to identify construct-ability issues, design deficiencies and code violations or any other concerning issues.
